dolphin issue

SUMMARY
my system language is french. in dolphin there is an weird issue related to the
detailed mod view and localize. 

see the  picture in attachment. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open dolphin on a french language system
2.  in detailed mod view
3. observe
