          Platform: Fedora RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED

SUMMARY
When opening appimage executable by double clicking it in a directory, the
system completely freezes for about 1-3 seconds, before running the
application.
This doesn't happen when opening it through the console in Dolphin (F4 keyboard
shortcut), or when opening it from other file managers, like Krusader. This
also doesn't happen with any other executable file format.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a functional appimage executable ready in some directory.
2. Open the directory with the appimage in Dolphin.
3. Double click the appimage executable file.

OBSERVED RESULT
The system freezes for about 1-3 seconds, before opening the appimage
executable.

EXPECTED RESULT
The appimage executable should immediately open, without freezing the system.
