I'm having a browser opened (brave, but it doesn't matter which) and I want to
upload a file. The browser opens the file input portal. I have the file path in
the clipboard and want to paste it into the name field. But I can neither type
nor paste something in this input. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start a browser
2. Click on an upload file button
3. Set focus on the name input
4. Type something on the keyboard

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect to see the characters and be able to specify a path (relative or
absolute) into the input.
