Antonio Rojas said it was a duplicate of Bug 47413: Document structure listview
needs RMB  I clicked on the link to find it.

Now you changed it to a duplicate of my own original report: Bug 474713: 
Folder panel arrows missing and cannot be expanded on some, not all folders
containing sub-folders

So just delete this one that is literally just a single digit higher (from
474713 to 474714), and all of the duplicate stuff altogether:  Both of you and
this system are just confuse things!

So my original bug report is valid then?  Because If I filed it twice, then
theres something wrong with this system
