[dolphin] [Bug 458828] Creating or deleting a file in the root folder causes all other items to disappear

After reproducing the bug as described, and refreshing Dolphin (F5), subsequent
creating and deleting of files using the terminal are shown in Dolphin without
clearing the other items.
