Only 23.08.0 is available for Windows

SUMMARY
23.08.1 build for Windows is missing.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In main Dolphin web site: https://apps.kde.org/dolphin/ click on "Stable
version" for Windows download link.
2. Page https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Dolphin_Release_win64/ is displayed.

OBSERVED RESULT
There is only 23.08.0 available to download.

EXPECTED RESULT
I expect to be 23.08.1 available after a full day of release.
