When navigating the filesystem with the Orca screen reader enabled, Dolphin has
a two to three seconds lag when going from one item to another.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Orca.
2. Open Dolphin to any directory with subdirs and files in it.
3. Navigate with left and right arrows or first letter navigation.
OBSERVED RESULT
Orca takes at least two seconds to announce the next item from when the arrow
is pressed or the letter in first letter navigation is pressed.
EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin and Orca should work together and be responsive announcing items a few
milliseconds after an arrow or a letter is pressed.
