SUMMARY

In Mageia 9 9 (x86_64), dolphin 23.04.1 does not retain Folder,tabs and window
state from last time.
***


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. dolphin->Settings->Startup->Show on startup=Folder,tabs and window state
from last time.
2. exit dolphin
3. restart dolphin 

OBSERVED RESULT
Open tabs have disappeared

EXPECTED RESULT
Open tabs as before restart
