SUMMARY
Feature Request not a bug.
Currently you can customize the look and feel of dolphin very well, like icon
view, zoom size in PX, sorting modes and default starting folder.
If you change the sorting method it will remember this setting next time you
start dolphin.

Could I request a way in which once you customize you default setup, there is a
menu setting to allow this to be remembered and not overwritten and always
start in this customized setting when a new dolphin window, split, or tab is
opened.
I know you can set remember display style for each folder, but that does not
achieve the same effect, ie I change the view to sort on age, when I go back
into the same folder it would remember to sort on age. But I would prefer a
default of sort on name and type for everything when in a new session of
dolphin.
I also know you can customize the default folder which is also great but does
cover this request.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. apply settings in dolphin view on how you want it to be in default
    Icon, Compact or details
    Sort on X and ascend/descend
    Zoom size
2. navigate to a new folder make a change to the view
3. close dolphin
4. its remembered this view and not your default preferred view.

OBSERVED RESULT
Always adopt last know view settings

EXPECTED RESULT
On opening a new dolphin session, tab or split view it picks a previously
decided look and feel.
