With Dolphin just opened:
If I press CTRL-T in Dolphin to open a new tab, the tab does not seem to be
created, but a TAB-name appears as if belonging to the first tab that was
already open. If I press CTRL-T a second time three tabs appear.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Left is the folder view; right is the view that shows the content of the
folder
3. There is no tab-name visible at the top of the content view
4. Press CTRL-T; a tab-name appears above the content view
5. Press CTRL-T again; three tabs each with a name in them appear
OBSERVED RESULT
First no new tab; then 2 at once
EXPECTED RESULT
A new tab at every press of CTRL-T
