The desired feature exists for years. it suddenly disappeared between march an
april.
In the settings / start there is still the option "folder, tabs and status from
last start" (translated from "de"), but since recently it has no effect
anymore.

Seams to be a bug, configs aren't saved / restored properly.

Anyone else?
