SUMMARY
There is no (at least easy to find) way to paste files in Dolphin when using a
touchscreen

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use a touchscreen
2. copy a file
3. long press on a file: enter selection mode, there is no "Paste" option
4. long press not on a file: nothing happens

OBSERVED RESULT
no way to paste it. The only way is to open the terminal and `cp` the file to
the right location

EXPECTED RESULT
a "paste" button
