I encounter with the same issue, dolphin failed to remember the password for
bitlocker encrypted device, I can also see an record with no title under the
SolidLuks folder in the KWalletManager. My OS information:

Operating System: Archlinux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.106.0
Qt Version: 5.15.9
Kernel Version: 6.1.29-1-lts (64 bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics

Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon Graphics
