On openSuse Tumbleweed, this error was introduced between snapshot 20230422
(Plasma 5.27.4, KF 5.105, Qt 5.15.8, Apps 22.12.3) and 20230430 (Plasma 5.27.4,
KF 5.105, Qt 5.15.9, Apps 23.04.0).
KDE sounds work fine otherwise, but if you want to throw a file into the trash
in Dolphin, the confirmation dialogue comes up without the usual notification
sound. Maybe that helps tracing this regression.
