SUMMARY

While deleting a file in Dolphin (with shift+delete) or emptying the trash, a
confirmation popup appears but with no sound. System sounds work as expected
outside of Dolphin (checked with Kate).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1a. Select a file/folder to delete
2a. Shift+Delete to permanently delete
1b. Select the waste bin
2b. Empty the waste bin

OBSERVED RESULT
Confirmation popup appears with no sound
