Thank you very much for your interest on this issue Andrey. :)

Currently the destination does not open after extraction via context menu of
Dolphin if "Open Destination Folder After Extraction" is unchecked in Ark
settings. This is the expected behavior. I also can't reproduce the bug by
extracting an archive located on desktop after unchecking the said Ark option
and then restarting Plasma by running "plasmashell --replace". I needed to
restart Plasma probably due to bug 443846. However, the destination opens after
creating an archive via "Compress to..." via Dolphin or desktop even if the
said option is unchecked in Ark settings.

The behavior after creating an archive should be configurable too.
