[dolphin] [Bug 469656] Dolphin cannot remember previously opened tabs

I did try Plasma Wayland session on my laptop and dolphin remembers tabs, but
it fails with Plasma X11 session.
Btw, the session file that stores places is fine, it seems it's not parsed when
using X11.
