SUMMARY
When trying to access the "properties" tab of a malformed desktop entry file,
dolphin crashes.
Minimal reproducible file example:
```
[Desktop Entry]
Type=Application
Name=foo
Exec='env foo=bar foo'
StartupNotify=false
Terminal=false
```


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on the file 
2. Click on "Properties"

OBSERVED RESULT
Crash
