SUMMARY
When opening a folder when one instance of Dolphin is running, instead of
focusing that window and opening a new tab, program creates another window,
usually with all previous tabs and the new one. This is annoyingly happens,
when you click "Show file in folder", for example, for downloaded file. 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. If you test on fresh install, manually open and close some tabs in Dolphin
2. Leave one window, and close all tabs except Folder1
3. In terminal type `dolphin Folder2` or `xdg-open Folder2`


OBSERVED RESULT
A new window with Folder1 and Folder2 appears. Old windows still has Folder1


EXPECTED RESULT
The old Dolphin window is focused, both Folder1 and Folder2 are opened
