SUMMARY
I would appreciate the ability to drag a folder from the breadcrumb navigation
to the folder panel. Currently, especially when I'm currently inside the
"target folder", I'll have to navigate one folder up and then drag the folder
from there.

It would be nice and a minor time saver to be able to drag the folder from the
breadcrumb, too


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to a folder
2. Try to drag the breadcrumb entry of that folder to the panel

OBSERVED RESULT
Breadcrumb can't be dragged

EXPECTED RESULT
Bradcrumb can be dragged
