Ok, seems the issue is on ballo. But tying it to dolphin like this is very
unintuitive - as a user, I am not aware that I need to configure baloo
differently in order to make dolphin show search results with similar settings,
and it doesn't offer me to switch the backend from baloo to kfind, only to
launch kfind.
