And in case anyone else comes across this need before it's fixed, the
corresponding config entry is `MaximumRemoteSize` in `~/.config/kdeglobals`.
You can edit this value in the file directly and it does seem to work, but it
will be reset to 0 the next time you change any dolphin configurations
graphically.
