More than a year later there has been no activity on this bug. Am I the only
one being bugged by this? I'd consider this something that would annoy a new
user within the first 15 minutes, if they were to run a Wayland session.

Is this really dolphin, or is kwin actually deciding on the placement of
tooltips?
