SUMMARY
Currently dolphin has tabs that can be split in two views, but in my opinion it
would make much more sense if each split view had tabs. For example, when
sorting some photographies collection, I could be switching categories tabs on
the right while keeping folder to be sorted on the left, but currently I can
not.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open dolphin in split view
2. open new tab

OBSERVED RESULT
two tabs each having it's own directory opened

EXPECTED RESULT
right view remains opened where it was and left view has 2 tabs
