This seems to be an Ubuntu problem. They don't seem to include the appstream
metadata for network-manager-fortisslvpn (correctly).

"appstreamcli search network-manager-fortisslvpn" should find the component,
but doesn't on Ubuntu. It works fine for me on Fedora and OpenSUSE
