SUMMARY

There should be a shortcut to move tabs left and right, similar to dragging
them with the mouse.

USE CASE

Often when open a folder in the new tab (via keyboard or mouse), it is more
convenient to move the tab somewhere else.  This can be done much faster with a
shortcut like e.g. Ctrl-Shift-PgUp/PgDown (these are the default shortcuts in
Firefox).
