Dolphin's broken menu

SUMMARY

Trancparency/blur of folders panel's context menu looks broken.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set transparency for menus in Breeze application style in Systemsettings
2. Open Dolphin
3. Right-click on any item is the left panel

OBSERVED RESULT
Menu looks weird

EXPECTED RESULT
Menu should look like any other menu

Windows: n/a

Linux/KDE Plasma: 
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.103.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I observe this with both Breeze and Klassy widget styles. Lightly style is not
affected (it's too much different though).
Can't remember if this started to happen after Plasma 5.27 update, but I'd
rather blame Frameworks 5.103.0 update.
