SUMMARY
Dolphin doesnt seem to forget my layout on every relaunch of the application

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Close a lot of ui elements
3. relaunch dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin should remember my preferences

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin opens these ui elements on every relaunch

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma:  Arch Linux
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: newest beta (can't open system info due to another bug)
