[dolphin] [Bug 478291] Missing directories refresh all over Plasma apps

In order to reproduce, in Dolphin, in the details view:
-  create a new folder
-  create another new folder
-  move a folder into the other, in Dolphin, by drag and drop
The expansion control (usually a '>' or a '+' sign) does not appear until a
manual refresh is done.

Also, in GwenView, that expansion control does not appear or does nothing,
although it changes its state, the children directories are not listed at all.
