Error is "Called object is not of the correct type (class destructor may have
already run)" in the connection to TerminalPanelExited.

Probably because the class destructor runs, which deletes its children and then
calls into the slot or something. I wonder what changed, though, as the
relevant code in Dolphin doesn't appear to have.
