I can also reproduce this behavior in version 23.04.0 of Dolphin. This issue
doesn't appear to reproduce in a prior release of Dolphin (22.12.03), so it's
likely due to a change in 23.04.0 as the reporter suggested.
I couldn't find what might be causing the behavior after briefly skimming
through Dolphin's commits.
