Konsole transparency problem might be different. I don't have it with version
22.08.0 in KDE neon 5.25.5.

Indeed I'm beginning to suspect that Dolphin developers might have decided to
apply Dolphin-specific appearance settings to all panels, including the
terminal panel, instead of applying Konsole's appearance settings inside
Dolphin window.
