SUMMARY
I usually don't turn off the PC but only the monitor when I'm away from the
desktop. When I return and turn on the monitor Dolphin sometimes crashes. The
problem appeared with Plasma 5.26 and it doesn't exist in previous Plasma
versions.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn off the monitor and wait a while.
2. Turn on the monitor
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin crashes.

EXPECTED RESULT
I don't expect any crashes while I turn on my monitor.
