SUMMARY

When dolphin is open on a folder and I use the terminal to mv a file to that
folder the file does not show in dolphin until I have restarted dolphin.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a folder
2.  mv a file to that folder
3. Verify the file is in the folder from dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
File does not show

EXPECTED RESULT
File should be seen
