This is the filepicker and i just found out that, even spectacle use it when
user want to save screenshot as a file "save as".

First i seen this file picker window when using chromium-based Edge browser but
now i seen it also with Spectacle when i wanted to save screenshot to a file. I
added screenshot of the window, where the mouse cursor is on top of the "show
thumbnails" button.
