Unknown protocoll: "timeline" when trying to open Last Modified on Windows

SUMMARY

When I try to open either Today or Yesterday modified files view from the side
panel in Dolphin 22.04 on Windows 10 (installed from binary factory), I receive
the error as below:

Creating of this KDE protocol was unsuccesful: Unknown Protocol: "Timeline".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Dolphin 22.04 on Windows 10 from binary factory.
2. Open Dolphin
3. Right-Click on either Modified Today or Modified Yesterday.
4. Click on open in New Tab

OBSERVED RESULT

Error "Creating of this KDE protocol was unsuccesful: Unknown Protocol:
"Timeline"." is presented

EXPECTED RESULT

Dolphin should show files modified either today or yesterday (depending on what
is clicked).

Windows 10 Home, Vesion 21H1
Buildnumber     19043.1645

Dolphin verision: 22.04.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.93.0
Qt Version: 5.12.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

It is freshly installed Dolphin, so maybe it has something to do with the
installation being so new?
