Tooltip on my Laptop

When I point to any media file on my laptop, it shows a detailed tooltip
including duration, frame rate, dimension, etc. but The Tooltip doesn't show
detail for media files on external hard disk. 
My OS is: Ubuntu 22.04 and I used Discover to download Dolphin from Kubuntu PPA
repository.
