Understood. I shall leave this as open to pass whether to implement this to a
maintainer with some authority, but I must state that I believe this feature to
be useless. Adjustment of the size of the left-hand-size padding might be
useful, however, and the ability to move it to another side, but duplicate
padding is unnecessary.
