STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Navigate to the Appearence category
3. Navigate to the subcategory Colors
4. Under: Use accent color select "From current wallpaper" and apply the
setting

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin icon does not change to current wallpaper highlight color

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin icon color should change based on current wallpaper color
