Translation of date/time in file view is incorrect

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start dolphin 
2. select view date/time (changed)
3. In german this is date unter aa:bb (clock)

OBSERVED RESULT
Translation is not correct: date at aa:bb (clock) in german date unter aa:bb

EXPECTED RESULT
Date at aa:bb in german date um aa:bb (clock)
