I made a screenshot of what it looks like on my machine:

I removed some private data, like the exact server or the folder contents, but
as you can see the context menu does not contain an Actions submenu at all.

I did try the Dolphin-integrated terminal with F4 which does go to the correct
folder, but that does not negate this issue.
