I tried to replicate this bug on an older HP laptop with Kubuntu 21.10 and the
bug was present.

I connected the external SSD with badly customized folders from Manjaro KDE,
Kubuntu read them incorrectly exactly like Manjaro KDE. I tried to
repersonalize one of the badly displayed folders, but the bug was not
corrected.

It is certainly a KDE bug.
