I can confirm this keeps happening to my setup as well:
Dolphin Version 21.12.0, Plasma 5.23.4, KDE Frameworks 5.88.0, Qt 5.15.2 on X11
Linux 5.15.6-1-default
openSUSE Tumbleweed 20211211
