This problem appears to only be happening for network locations, local storage
doesn't have an issue. I've tried everything I can think of from uninstalling
dolphin, resetting the settings, clearly my thumbnail cache, etc. 

The thumbnails for individual files do generate just fine, it's JUST the folder
previews that don't.
