SUMMARY

Filter bar currently shows up on Ctrl+I (big letter "i"), and can be closed by
pressing Escape key. It would be good to also close on Ctrl+I when it is
already shown and focused. In other words: make it toggle.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin.
2. Press Ctrl+I or whatever shortcut is assigned to filter bar.
3. Press that shortcut again.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
Filter bar should hide.
