            Bug ID: 463351
Summary: Cannot move files via drag & drop, error message
                    points to previously moved file
    Classification: Applications
           Product: dolphin
           Version: 22.12.0
          Platform: Ubuntu
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: grave
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: dolphin-bugs-null at kde.org
          Reporter: jens-bugs.kde.org at spamfreemail.de
                CC: kfm-devel at kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open two Dolphin windows in two different directories.
2. Drag a file from the first window into the other window (move).
3. Drag another file from the first window into the other window, same or
different directory.

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin complains the first file (from step 2) does not exist any more.

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin should instead act on the second file (from step 3).

This is 100% reproducible, even after restarting Dolphin and KDE, and it is a
regression on KDE neon 5.26 22.04 (x86_64) after applying the recent 22.08 ->
22.12 upgrade. Before the upgrade, drag & drop with files worked fine.

This seems to be a serious issue (Dolphin acting on different files than the
user selected), thus setting the severity to high.
