STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  open dolphin
2.  show Information Panel
3. preview video on Information Panel
4. drag the Information Panel

OBSERVED RESULT
Information Panel cannot preview video and glitch after trying to preview video

EXPECTED RESULT
Information Panel can preview video and don't  glitches after trying to preview
video
