/bin/zsh unexpectedly closed in integrated terminal

SUMMARY
Dolphin sometimes has problems with its integrated terminal. When this happens,
appears the error: "Warning: The program </bin/zsh> was closed unexpectedly"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Set terminal panel visible

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin sometimes has problems with its integrated terminal. When this happens,
appears the error: "Warning: The program </bin/zsh> was closed unexpectedly"

EXPECTED RESULT
Integrated terminal works well all the times.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.0.0-1-MANJARO
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.99.0
Qt Version: 5.15.7

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The problem is not critical, if I open a new window of Dolphin, the integrated
terminal works in that new window.
