   Please do not assume all Dolphin users has Plasma desktop, many of
   them use Ubuntu and other distros. So please include these
   dependencies built in Dolphin itself.

     kde-cli-tools is normally installed automatically as a dependency of
     plasma-desktop, plasma-workspace and others.  Maybe it should (also?) be a
     dependency of dolphin.
