SUMMARY
does not open folders on the desktop after starting the system manjaro linux
kde. After a certain time, they can begin to open. This only occurs when the
double-click folder opening setting is enabled. On a single, everything works
fine. 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. To reproduce the problem, it is enough to turn on the computer, but it may
rarely be that folders open, but more often they do not open or open after a
while.

OBSERVED RESULT
To open the folders, I change the settings in the control panel to a single
click, and then to double and everything starts working. 

EXPECTED RESULT
After the above operations, it is possible to achieve the opening of folders
